Highgrove Farm Wedding // Hannah + Andrew

Highgrove Farm // Valdosta, GA

Hannah and Andrew tied the knot on a sunny summer morning at Highgrove Farm in Valdosta, GA. The day was filled with the most beautiful details, including matching shirts for the bridesmaids while they got ready, American Flag patterned suit jacket lining + floral ties for the boys, and the most gorgeous two piece wedding dress for Hannah. We had an infestation of gnats (welcome to south GA!) during photos, but everyone handled it like champs with smiles on their faces. Hannah's bridesmaids wore matching grey skirts, and each bridesmaid got to pick their tops--how fun and unique is that? Guests enjoyed yummy mimosas + the best brunch foods to enjoy during the reception.  My favorite part of the day was when Andrew saw his bride for the first time, and couldn't contain his tears. He was crying before he even turned around! Oh, and I was definitely crying too...story of my life at these weddings :)

Enjoy some photos of this gorgeous southern wedding!

Cloudland Canyon Engagement // Adam + Chrissy

Cloudland Canyon; Rising Fawn, GA

I know that I say this a lot (because my couples are the BEST), but I really am SO excited to share this session with you guys! I have been dying to adventure up to Cloudland Canyon for awhile now, so when Chrissy and Adam suggested it for their engagement session, I was pumped! We hiked down to the most breathtaking waterfall for their session and it was perfect. At the end, Chrissy asked if they could get IN the water....ummmm, heck yes (scroll to the end to check out those cute photos)!!! They even fell in the water and just laughed it off--my kind of people! :) I am seriously obsessed with these two and their adventurous + playful souls. We had such a fun time together and I cannot wait for their October wedding at Serenbe!

Atlanta Rhodes Hall Wedding // Jesse + Abbey

Rhodes Hall, Atlanta, GA

Jesse and Abbey are dear friends of my husband and I (Jesse and my husband were actually part of a quartet together in high school. Fun, right?!), so this wedding was extra special for me to photgraph. They got married at Rhodes Hall, aka a real life castle and it was SO COOL. It was only fitting that Abbey looked like a literal princess. Plus, all the rose gold touches everywhere....allllll the heart eyes! Their wedding was small and intimate, filled with their closest friends and family. Also....they allowed a whole hour for their portraits together, which is a DREAM for me and never ever happens! I took full advantage of that, as you can see in this post...portrait overload! :)

I can't express how much love I have for these two and how incredibly happy I am that they are finally hitched!!! Jesse and Abbey, I love you both!

Atlanta, GA Greenhouse Engagement // Crystal + Rawle

This session is probably one of my favorites to date! Crystal, Rawle, and I explored this amazing abandoned greenhouse for their session and it was a DREAM! Of course, 10 minutes into our session, we got stuck in a complete downpour!! We waited it out in the car, and thankfully the rain passed on over so we could finish our session. I'm pretty much obsessed with everything about their session. The colors...the mood...the couple....I love it all! Enjoy some of my favorites from the day!

Naylor Hall Wedding // Clay + Kate

Roswell, GA

Clay and Kate tied the knot on a beautiful spring day at Naylor Hall in Roswell, GA. This was my first time at Naylor Hall and WOW--I am obsessed! They have the most gorgeous sunroom that I am completely in love with (check out the photos below!). Clay and Kate had some unique aspects of their wedding that I am so excited to share. They had an old, vintage car that Kate drove up in to walk down the aisle--how cool is that?! Also, my favorite food truck, Happy Belly, is owned by Clay's sister! Not to mention Kate rocking the pockets on her dress--a girl after my own heart ;). Thank you both for letting me be a part of your big day!

Venue: Naylor Hall

Catering: Happy Belly

Grant Park Engagement // Will + Emily

Atlanta, GA // Grant Park

When Emily reached out to me about photographing her wedding next Spring, she shared her vision with me for her wedding day as a "really nice camp for adults." As soon as I heard this, I KNEW we would be a good fit! I am ALL about some fun! I met up with Will and Emily for their engagement shoot at Grant Park in Atlanta. These two live just a few blocks away from the Park, and they spend a lot of time there together, so it just made sense to have their session there! I had such a fun time getting to know these two and capturing the joy that they carry. They are so laid back and the sweetest and I am SO looking forward to capturing their wedding next Spring at Serenbe Farms!

Watkinsville, GA Couples Session // Ryan + Rachel

Elder Mill Covered Bridge

I had the idea to do a shoot with a VW bus for a long time, so when Rachel and Ryan reached out about doing a shoot, I knew they would be perfect for it! I decided to pitch them the idea, and they were totally game for it! WOO! I rented the bus from VW bus for rent, located in Athens, and they were AMAZING! Not only are the owners the kindest, most welcoming people, but they were so accommodating, offering their assistance with anything I needed. The bus even came fully decorated on the inside. Not to mention the exterior of the bus is GORGEOUS. If you need a VW bus to rent for your next event (any of my brides out there want to rent this for your wedding?! ;)), check them out here! I can't speak any more highly of them!

Once everything was set, we headed out to Elder Mill Covered Bridge, which ended up being the perfect backdrop for our shoot! The lighting was perfect, and there was even a beautiful river to take a few photos at as well. I am so pleased with how this shoot turned out. Enjoy!

Sawnee Mountin // Dillon + Tara

Cumming, GA

Dillon and Tara contacted me back in January to set up a couples shoot for the spring. It seemed like so far out when we planned it, but it was here before we knew it and I am so happy with how it turned out! We met up at Sawnee Mountain in Cumming, GA and took a short hike to the top where the Indian Seats are. The sunset was the absolute perfect backdrop for their gorgeous session! I had such a great time with these two, and I am so excited to share these images with you guys!
