Savannah, Georgia Wedding // Nicole + Josh

I have so much I could say about this wedding that I don't even know where to begin. I'll start by saying what an incredible honor it was to photograph this wedding. Nicole is one of my good friends and has been one of my biggest supporters in this photography journey. She has been there to encourage me, push me, and figure this all out with me. Being a PHENOMENAL photographer herself (seriously. Go check her out here), I was completely blown away when she asked me to photograph her wedding. WHAT. AN. HONOR. There's something incredibly encouraging (and a bit nerve wracking!) when another photographer asks you to photograph their day. I am so thankful that she trusted me to shoot her wedding.

Nicole and Josh got married in DREAMY Savannah, Ga on an early December day. They decided to do a first look at Wormsloe Historic Site and OH MY, I'm so glad they did. Not only is it beautifulllll there, but there was not a dry eye in sight! All the feels. All the tears. Mine included! Check out their first look photos to see what I mean.

Their ceremony took place on Chatham Square in the middle of the city, under the most magical tree. After the ceremony, we walked around the city for their portraits, and even met some nice ladies with a red bike, who insisted we take photos on it...so we did! ;)  After photos, we met up with everyone else and danced the night away at Vic's on the River. Nicole was so so so amazing and told me to put down my camera and enjoy the reception. WHAT AN ANGEL.

This day could not have been any more perfect. Every detail was breathtaking, from the bridesmaids dresses, to the incredible florals, to the vans and pizza socks, to eating McDonald's right before the ceremony (if you know Nicole and Josh at all, you know this was so fitting!). I am so extremely excited to finally share this emotional, beyond beautiful, special wedding!
